    Who you're buying from

    Shark Studio is registered in Cairo, Egypt. By placing an order, you enter into a contract with Shark Studio under Egyptian commercial law.

    Pricing + payments

    All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by our certified payment partners. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before an order ships — in that case we'll contact you and refund in full.

    Returns + warranty

  4. 04

    Liability

    Shark's liability is limited to the price of the goods purchased. Swim suits are designed for use in pools and the open sea — we're not responsible for damage caused by extreme conditions outside that scope.

    Disputes

    Any dispute arising from a purchase is governed by Egyptian law. We prefer to resolve everything by writing — get in touch at hello@shark-egy.com before anything escalates.
