    Where we ship

    We ship across Egypt and to most GCC countries. International shipping outside that region is on a case-by-case basis — write to hello@shark-egy.com with the postal code and we'll come back within the day.

    How long it takes

    Within Greater Cairo: 1–3 business days. Other Egyptian governorates: 3–5 business days. GCC countries: 5–10 business days.

    We dispatch every weekday morning. Orders placed before 10am ship the same day; after that, they ship the next business morning.

    Cost

    Standard shipping within Egypt is 60 EGP. Free shipping on every order above 1,200 EGP— no code needed, it's automatic in the cart.

  4. 04

    Tracking

    Every order ships with a tracking number sent to the email you used at checkout. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, let us know — we'll chase the courier ourselves.
