The window
We accept returns for 14 daysfrom the day you receive the order. After that we can't refund — but we can still replace a piece under the chlorine warranty.

What we'll take back
Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags + packaging. Hygiene stickers must still be intact on swim bottoms. We can't accept a swim suit that's been in chlorinated water — even briefly.
The chlorine warranty is separate (and covers print failure within 60 days of normal use). See the care guide for that.

How to start one
Send a note to hello@shark-egy.com with the order number + the piece you want to return. We'll send a pickup label within the day — we cover the pickup cost across Egypt.

Refund timing
Once we receive the return, we inspect and process within 3 business days. Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.
