What we hold,
and why.
We collect the minimum needed to ship orders and send the dispatches you signed up for. We don't sell your data. No ad-network tracking.

What we collect
Order information (your name, shipping address, contact email, and the pieces you ordered). Subscription emails for the newsletter. Analytics data on which pages were viewed, stored anonymously.
We don't collect payment card details — those go straight to our payment processor.

How we use it
To fulfil orders, send the dispatches you signed up for, and understand which pages are landing. We don't sell your data, ever. We don't share it beyond the providers required to ship and process the order (courier + payment processor).

Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what we hold on you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to privacy@shark-egy.com — we respond within 14 days as required by Egyptian and EU data protection law.
